Sample lead time is typically 5–7 days for standard custom designs. Complex designs, new molds, special materials or packaging requirements may need more time.
Sample fees depend on the design, material, mold requirement and packaging details. For confirmed wholesale orders, part or all of the sample fee may be refunded based on the order agreement.
MOQ is typically 100–300 pcs, depending on product type, material, packaging and customization level. Some ready-to-ship styles may support smaller trial orders.
We support express courier, air freight, sea shipping and freight forwarder arrangements. The best shipping method depends on order quantity, delivery destination, timeline and budget.
Mass production usually takes 15–30 days after sample approval and deposit payment. The final timeline depends on order quantity, product complexity, packaging and production schedule.
Payment terms depend on the order type and cooperation stage. Common options include T/T, Western Union and other agreed methods. A deposit is usually required before production, with the balance paid before shipment.
Yes. We support private label customization, including logo tags, product cards, hang tags, barcode stickers, packaging bags, gift boxes and retail-ready packing.
Yes. We support OEM/ODM projects for fashion jewelry and accessories, including design review, sampling, mold development, plating, logo details, packaging and bulk production.
Testing can be arranged based on buyer requirements, material type and order specification. Lead, nickel, cadmium, REACH, CPSIA or CA Prop 65 reports can be supported for selected orders when needed.
Orders are checked for appearance, plating, logo details, packaging and quantity before shipment based on the approved sample and order requirements. Specific QC standards can be confirmed before production based on buyer requirements.
Buyers should inspect goods after receipt and report issues with photos, videos and order details as soon as possible. For confirmed production or quality issues, we will discuss replacement, repair or other reasonable solutions based on the case.
